My overall experience with Bella Vista High School has been good, some of my teachers have really helped guide me and get me through highschool. We have a wide range of classes and clubs, you do have the opportunity to be very involved at this school and I really like that.

Bella Vista isn't a terrible school, but it has some very serious problems. The campus is pretty unsafe, and the admin has the wrong priorities about safety. They make a lot of unnecessary rules and don't really seem to care about issues that actually matter. A lot of the teachers are really good at their jobs and I've taken a lot of really good classes, but there have also been problems with some of the staff. Overall I think there are a lot of good people at this school and parts of it are really great, but it isn't consistently good.

The teachers are good, but the overall school environment is uncomfortable and occasionally is unsafe.

This is the worst school I've ever gone to! I would never recommend this school to any reasonable person. The teachers were a mixed bag, with some good teachers and some just awful teachers. I was a freshman when I went to this school last year (2023-2024), and the school was just a disaster that wh...

BV used to have a great reputation. Unfortunately, these past two years for my now sophomore student have been extremely disappointing. There are some very good teachers, but he’s also had two honors-level teachers who are disorganized and unhelpful. The social environment is terrible. Bullying, fig...

In the last year, there have been more fight than ever before. Teachers and staff won’t get involved so your kids will rely on their friends. Are your kids into athletics? The AD will let them down! The soccer teams made playoffs this year. Due to the AD’s incompetence, neither the girls nor boys co...

I am a parent of a student at BV. There are many opportunities for students to join activities and find a group of friends. The school needs to be fenced in and have more campus monitors. It’s also the only high school in the district that doesn’t have a theater/performing arts center despite its aw...
