The mission of Endeavor Academy is to prepare students for post-secondary transition via traditional and non-traditional instruction by offering a personalized learning option and classes that challenge and inspire. Endeavor Academy offers an alternative program for students currently enrolled in high school but struggling within their current program. Work study, night classes, service learning, and CTE—career and technical training for career readiness are options for students to complete their graduation requirements and obtain their high school diploma. The school mascot is the Cougar. While sports and other extracurriculars are not offered at this time, students are encouraged to participate in sports and other activities at their home school. Admission is by application and interview. Students are enrolled on a rolling quarterly basis.

My experience so far has been great. The staff really seems sincere about helping the students achieve their goals and graduation. It is a big change from my prior school where I just felt like a number. I have had my struggles in high school and now I feel so much more confident in myself and where my education is going. This has changed my life and I am so grateful for the opportunity to go here.
