We heard of Hollymead's positive reputation, but we have been disappointed. The curriculum and content are inferior to our experience in Fairfax County. Students are not expected nor encouraged to excel, and there is too much emphasis on the SOLs. There are both excellent and ineffective teachers. O...

Our daughter is in Special Ed and we LOVE it!!! The teachers are amazing. She is just soooo loved ... it makes me tear up whenever we pop in and see the support that surrounds her. This school also has a very good reputation locally. But I don't know much about it other than Special Education.
