This is my children's first year at this school, I have never had so much trouble with a school in such a short amount of time. Some teachers don't seem to care about teaching. Coming from a very good school in the Whittier area I have to say I will be getting a district transfer for the coming scho...

This school is on the upswing. The new principal, Salvador Aquino is making positive changes in the way the students are taught. He is also providing the teachers with a lot of professional development opportunities. He is a good, positive leader and has a good grasp on the changes that need to take...

My child attend this school, he is so far behind. I think the teachers at roosevelt elementary should start having work shops with the teachers at laurel elementary school in compton so that they can improve on these students grades.
