Some things that need to change at David Prouty High includes the education quality. As a senior, I've been here four years now and some of the teachers are very clearly unsure of what they're supposed to be doing or teaching, not possessing a strict teaching guideline or curriculum. Although the teachers are mostly super sweet and caring and personal to their students, they lack college preparedness,

I think David Prouty is a great, close-knit high school. Most students are very friendly, and it is very easy to establish a relationship with your teachers and administration.

Many of the teachers are great at teaching and I had learned a lot from them. You can definitely tell which teachers enjoy their job or not. Most of my classmates are great and are very involved in the school. Now, as a public school, it does get chaotic, but about more than half of the time, it is handled well.

DPHS has improved a lot. Many people don't talk about the good things, but, they have worked on the building and gotten repairs. There are still things that need work, but it is doing better.
