GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I went to Dublin Scioto, overall, I think thats its a good school. It does have a lot of things that I would considered to be strengths but, it does have a lot of areas of improvement as well. For example, I think its biggest strength is the diversity and inclusion at Scioto. They make a big effort to make sure that they support diversity in every way. The biggest weakness of the school is the school culture. I don't think that the administration handles students well. They are really strict about things and it makes people feel as though they don't have certain freedoms.

Overall, I think that if you compare Dublin Scioto High School to most public high schools in general, it is outstanding. However, when you compare it to the other high schools in the Dublin City Schools district, it lags behind the other two. I think that it is an outstanding school, but I have always felt that the other two cast a shadow over Scioto in many ways.
