Lakeside is a good school and I have found it to be very helpful as I grow. While the facilities and atmosphere is not that great, they prepare you for college, especially if you take AP classes. The football games are always fun, but they do not get a lot of funding. There is a decent selection of career pathways that are also nice. Things like engineering, medicine, teaching, and marketing.

The best parts of Lakeside HS are the classes I take like chorus and Spanish. The teachers are uplifting and the students are kind to me. The food in the cafeteria is delicious, especially the pizza. I feel safe at my school. The worst part of school is having to stay after school sometimes for Chorus practice.

Awesome High School. Lacking in sports participation as far as a MASSIVE student section, however the teachers and staff prepared me well for college.

Would completely recommend a private school. Some teachers are nice, others just don't care, and others care too much acting like their job is a Jail Warden, or even as far as a drill sergeant. Teachers constantly overload students with new packets and projects daily that students can't keep on with...
