As a Hoover student I can say that i like my school. There's multiple ways to get involved and help the school, via clubs, leadership and public service related classes. I been involved with my school with mainly leadership roles

I love the school! There isn't much I'd change because the changes are being made as I'm leaving. I wish the academics were more a faster pace to keep kids on top of the work.

Although I graduating in 2001 and there's probably changes since, but as a person with a disability, I felt like I was discriminated. My school counselor wouldn't let me take the journalism class because it coincided with a special ed economics class. That class work was watered down, and I wanted to take the class with the mainstream students which would allow me to feel normal and attend the journalism class.

The campus is very nice and the staff are doing their best amidst a decaying society.

There's constant violence between students but there's nothing done about it. I've known several people that have been harrased by ot...

My experience at this school is very weird rounded the students are doing but the teachers except Mrs. Perez. Some of the teachers have issues that they need to resolve. The students however, are amazing and they are learning what they can.
