At Stonegate Elementary School, students are embraced in a supportive community, enhancing their learning and development with unique programs and events that make going to school fun. This National Blue Ribbon school is in the heart of Irvine’s Stonegate community just east of Woodbury. Serving approximately 1,000 students in kindergarten through sixth grade, Stonegate Elementary School is also a California Distinguished School and was a 2019 Gold PBIS program winner, which recognizes schools for positive behavioral intervention support methods. At Stonegate, academic programs use technology to help students become comfortable in a 21st-century learning environment. Stonegate Elementary also offers a district-sponsored gifted and talented program for qualifying students in fourth through sixth grades. The on-site Afterschool Classroom Enrichment program, or ACE, offers fun opportunities such as art, chess, language and more, as well as homework help. At Stonegate, students begin their journeys to a bright future.

Horrible. My kid was bullied by a whole team on playground and the school team failed to support him. Instead, he was punished by his 6th grade teacher. My child was traumatized by this experience and does not want to go back to school again after he graduated.
