There was very minimal school spirit in Saint Anthony High School. There were only 5 sports offered: baseball, soccer, basketball, softball, and track & field. The schools field was also not attached to the school, making it difficult to get to practices and would discourage sport involvement. Clubs were hardly promoted, and were seldom involved in events for the school.

Saint Anthony is a hidden gem in downtown Long Beach. It's a very small and welcoming community. The first three years were great! (Pre-K - 1st Grade) The last year (2nd Grade) was a disappointment, but it opened our eyes that not all of the teachers at St. Anthony are credentialed. This is our 3rd year going in 4th into Kindergarten. My son loves going to school and likes all of the staff. They take pride in the children doing well.
