The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

West Adams is a great school which you can interact with staff and teachers without being uncomfortable. They help you on whatever you're struggling and do their best to help you improve. Everyone gets along and they also give advice. My personal experience is that I have asked for help about college and they truly helped me a lot. They have a program called Gear Up which helps many students. I entered a JEM program during the summer so if it weren't for them and their help about college. I would be lost on what I'm doing.

I would like to change the way it is organized since things don't always work out the way it is organized. And there are times when not everyone is always included.

It was pretty mid staff were sometimes cool sometimes suck. Sports were cool the cheer team was the best team and the coach was the best.
I know a few friends who have been very successful at UCLA after attending this school. It's understandable that the test scores from many students aren't that high, but if the kid is willing to do the work, s/he will succeed regardless of the high school.

This school has the worst academic program. I know of two students who graduated with a GPA of 3.5 that don't know the multiplication chart from 1-10 and write a complete sentence.
