The school itself is great, but the teachers don't do anything about bad students. It feels like they don't care about the physical school either, students steal sinks, railings, and other property. Kids are constantly smoking. Teachers are great at teaching though.

The performing arts programs at Hillcrest are outstanding. They give great opportunities to people interested in music, acting, dancing, etc. Our sports teams are not the best but we have some really good teams here. All of the teachers are great and support the students. I have never met a teacher that was rude to students.

Although I do have some ups and downs with my highschool. I say overall it's a good school to attend specialty with the diversity. Many students speak different languages and some all over the world.
