Northwood was a decent school. The academics were very vigorous and the school culture was very competitive.

Northwood is humanities focused but has strong STEM classes. The teachers are almost always engaged and helpful.

The music program is really strong, and we have some awesome arts programs including an award-winning newspaper program, the Northwood Howler. Cafeteria food is improving, though not great, but also free so that's nice. Integrated sciences and blended honors can be frustrating even though the humanities system is nice

Had both kids graduate from NWH. This school is top notch in every way. When you hear your kids say college is easier than high school, you know you made a choice living in Northwood sending them to Northwood High.
