GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

NO STUDENT SHOULD FEAR FOR THEIR LIFE EVERY SINGLE DAY. The Met is currently in a state of disrepair. There are holes in the classroom walls, large sections of carpet torn out. Each classroom has multiple broken chairs, tables are held up with stacks of books. This school is extremely unsafe. Physical fights and screaming matches break out on a daily basis. Students will sell drugs on campus in view.

My school is a charter school that incorporates learning through internships so that all students are better prepared to go out into the real world. The teachers and mentors are amazing and care deeply for all students.

I absolutely love The Met, we are such an awesome school with the way that we function. We have amazing teachers and staff who go out of their way to help every student. I wish we had more arts classes and a more diverse student population.

If your student wanted to take advanced courses, then they would have to do that through Sac City dual enrollment program....

This school and model are exceptional. I've seen the reviews of other parents on this site but as a parent of a current student (my son is about to be a junior), I've have to say that our experience with the school, the staff, and the administration has been largely very positive. This school is a d...

It was great while Vince Wolfe was principal.

Not recommend to a student who needs direction, structure or students who are not self motivated. Not great for ADHD students as it can become very overwhelming and more of a burden than a blessing. Even with a 504 plan, as a parent, I feel very disconnected with the school and feel I can not suppor...
