I've had a great 4 years and made lots of connections through my school. I always enjoyed my classes but the administration needs a lot of work before they can properly run a school

Overall most teachers are great, never had a problem. It is a very diverse school but there needs to be more student oriented activities. Rather than spending on admins and unnecessary purchases. Get more resources for the students to use.

So far has been a good experience. The principal is responsive. My Daughter has loved many of her teachers. I find that the lack of extracurricular classes is a problem for the amount of students. They need more options. Cafeteria is slow for the amount of students that attend.

I’m disappointed with my experience here. The teachers do not stop the kids from fighting. I believe it’s gang activity. I thought this school would improve by the time my kids reached high school and sadly it’s the same problems as always

The principal, Amy Hanna has greatly increased communication at WGHS. Parents were frustrated with the previous principal, but Ms. Hanna writes an extensive weekly newsletter, holds parent coffees and if available to talk in person if you make an appointment. Her communication, transparency, and abi...

It's unfortunate this school used to be good. Unfortunately over the past year it has changed and not for the good. If you're looking for a principle that will communicate with you and treat students with respect & compassion take them somewhere else. It takes a strong leader to make a great school...

If your kid can tolerate bullying and feeling excluded, send your kid here. Some teachers seem to just be there for a paycheck. Teachers don't care about someone getting picked on. The AP courses are good, but the school does a poor job of helping students that may not have as great study habits as...
