One of the best parts of the school is the CTC and dual enrolment programs that allows you to take college class with the State Fair Community College. One of the worst experiences would be with the bathrooms. They don't allow us to use the bathrooms before or after school and some of the teachers will not allow you to use the bathroom during class despite the five-minute period in between barely being enough time to get from one class to another in some situations. Another good aspect would be the diversity of the classes you can take and how broad or niche they can be.

My experience at smith-cotton high school has been pretty good for the four years I've been here. The classes are great and teachers are good as well. Safety could be a little better with more security. I would like to see a change in the classes. There are to many bad kids in the same class and it causes a lot of trouble.

With Covid-19, it is tough to say what was good or bad about years at Smith-Cotton. The virus changed how school would normally run.

The school is a madhouse. To be a smarter person stuck inside this school is pure agony. Do not send your children here.

You get what you want out of any education, but there are very good teachers walking the halls of Smith-Cotton. There are a few bad ones as well, but such is the case at nearly all hi...
