I have my second kid attending Balboa now, Elder one is now attending Foothill after completing his 3 years at Balboa. The amount of physical fighting each week at Balboa Middle School is staggering. My child was witness to several physical altercations, students vaping IN CLASS, restrooms, and drug use. UNBELIEVABLE.
