Very bad. Not impressed with the office staff. School in general is run down. Only good experience was talking with the school counselor on the first day..other than that nothing good to talk about so far.

This is the worst school possible. The staff does not care about the kids education they are there for the paycheck. The principal or vice principal does not know how to do there job. Baechtel Grove is possibly one of the worst middle schools. The staff at Baechtel does absolutely nothing about bullying. The yard duties stand back and talk to each other while kids get beaten up.
