I worked with Anne when I recently purchased a new home, and the process couldn’t have gone better. She did a great job of walking me through the process and showing me a lot of different options, so that I felt very confident when I finally found the home I bought. She also did a phenomenal job of guiding me through the closing process, spending plenty of time answering my questions along the way. I can’t recommend her enough if you are in the market for a new home!

Anne Sullivan was amazing when helping us find our first home! She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable when helping us look for the perfect home. Also, if she didn't know an answer to something she knew where to find it. If we sell this home for any reason or look for another one we will definitely call her!

Anne was my sister's Realtor. She met and exceeded our expectations. My sister had a previus Realtor, who couldn't seem to get the job done (even at a much lower listing price).

Anne came in and did a market analysis and made a few recommendations. Once Anne's recommendations were in place, she listed the home and there were multiple offers. Anne listed the home at a much higher price and my sister netted thousands more than she would have with the previous Realtor.

When I sell my home in the summer, I will definitely be enlisting Anne's Real Estate services and I highly recommend that you do too.

Anne did a great job selling my house. She knew the neighborhood and was able to answer questions about my home and area. Anne was always professional and went above what I expected a realtor to do. She helped with completing items on the inspection list and gave great advice. I sold my house quickly and at a good price. Anne also did a good job helping me find a home, too. If i ever need a realtor again, Anne is my number one choice!

Anne Sullivan sold my niece’s house and helped her to buy a new one. She understood our needs and translated that into a few carefully selected properties that met those needs. She is the hardest working person we’ve met so far in the real estate business. She treats us like family, and works as hard as she can for us.
