Beth Phillips

As a Northern Colorado resident since 1979, Beth’s longevity and involvement in the community make her strong at guiding buyers through the process of finding the right home and connecting sellers to the resources needed to make a move.
Prior to starting her career with The Group in 2013, her business ownership, management, and sales experience prepared her for real estate and directly impacted the way in which she does business. Clients have described her as professional, knowledgeable, experienced, proactive, thorough, and a strong communicator.
She provides a full range of services, from first home purchases, to relocations, to luxury home negotiations. She owns investment properties and will show you how to as well.
She loves living and working in Northern Colorado, where she met her husband and where they raised their two children, who are now college graduates. Both of their parents live there as well. In her free time, you will find her enjoying time with family and taking in all that Northern Colorado has to offer, especially exercising outside and biking. She is the chairperson of GroupGives and has been heavily involved in WomenGive over the years. She is also involved with Leadership Northern Colorado and a graduate of Leadership Fort Collins.
