Christina Kaminsky-Phillips

Tina Kaminsky is the daughter of Ed Kaminsky and a life-long resident of the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas. She has spent the last seven years in a variety of real estate-related jobs, including but not limited to commercial leasing, investment of land, retail and commercial properties, land development and entitlement of over 5,000 acres of land across the United States. Tina brings an analytical perspective to the investment side of real estate, and prides herself on being able to educate her clients. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Los Angeles Chapter where she is involved with their planning committee and she has been raising money for the Young Leaders Group for nearly one year. Additionally, she participates in various community service events and nonprofit organizations and feels that giving back is very important. Tina is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Tina can put her inside knowledge to work and will work hard to find the property that best matches her clients needs in their neighborhood of choice. She is always on top of things and ready to commit to the time and effort needed to service her clients successfully.
