Doug did a wonderful job of selling my mother's mobile home after her passing. The market was slow for mobile homes in our price range. Doug stayed in close contact with the 2 interested parties. When it dropped to 1, his communication with the buyers agent was remarkable. The buyer had a home to sell, and every delay possible happened. Doug was in contact with all parties and, with that information he knew to stay the course. His wisdom and experience kept me going. I highly recommend Doug.

Where do I begin? There is so much to share about my experience so I’ll try to keep it short. Doug is truly a committed, dedicated, and most importantly sympathetic person. He worked his butt off day in and day out. It’s easy to write a 5 star review for a job that was completed without any hiccups, but that wasn’t our case. Despite our transaction being the most painstaking one, he never gave up, once again he worked his butt off as well as his team. These are the kind of people everyone should encounter in their life when buying a house because not only did I have the best experience with Doug, Kayla, and Bill they have become lifelong friends, and I will forever refer them for as long as I can. Doug deserves it all. By the end I couldn’t stop saying how much I love him and his team.

Doug and his team were great to work with! My fiancé and I were physically located in Southern CA and buying in the Central Valley. As you could imagine, we weren't too sure how this process would go being that we were not physically located in the area we were buying. But Doug made sure that would not be a problem. Our communication was 95% virtual from the moment we met with him to the moment we closed. He was very thorough and detailed and "held our hand" every step of the way. We closed in 16 days! We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Cental Valley.
