Glenda - Professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Glenda is a very knowledgeable and proactive agent. I was discouraged sometimes and Glenda was there to offer words of encouragement and suggestions. We ran into a last-minute repair challenge and Glenda helped me find people to handle the work quickly. Although still unsure how much paint colors, new carpet selection, and staging decorations played into finding a buyer, we ended up with great buyers who might actually love the house as much as I did. I was also grateful for help in negotiating all those tedious legal steps and paperwork. Besides all that, Glenda is a lovely lady and I was happy to get to know her a little.

Glenda went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. My wife and I were in a high stress situation. We were moving to the Denver area from out of state—and had less than a week to find a house! Glenda went above and beyond to help us find a new build in a charming development that checked all the boxes. We also had confidence the price was right thanks to her knowledge of the market. She gave us great advice through the buying/financing process, recommended a great moving company—and when we were still out of town during the walk thru of the new house, she even stepped in for us, taking notes and videos of the property. Despite all the things that could’ve gone wrong, both big and small, the whole process went without a hitch. Thanks, Glenda!

Glenda Cadman with ReMax was 15 out of 10! She goes above and beyond on EVERY home she sells. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. NO ONE knows the market better. Needless to say this area is a very volatile market with ups and downs that occur very quickly. Glenda stays on top of it which is quite difficult. She convinced me to wait a few months to sell my home, which I believe is why I received multiple offers well above asking price. The market was on the way down when I was considering selling. Another reason I believe I received such great response from buyers is that she knows how to prepare your home and have it show in the best way possible. From the first walkthrough with Glenda, she suggested ways to improve the appearance as well as how to highlight the home with the photos for the listing. Glenda handles all the heavy lifting so I was able to not stress about what was occurring. In addition, she has lots of ways to help you understand what is happening every step of the way. She’s my realtor for life 😊. Thank you Glenda!!

100/10 Experience. Glenda is incredible! I used her to purchase my both of my homes and had great experiences on each. She is communicative, supportive, and honest. Glenda made sure I was comfortable with everything during the inevitably stressful process of buying a home. I never have any problems getting in contact with her and she's quick to help track down any requested information from the seller, home inspector, etc. I would recommend Glenda to anyone!!

Glenda was an invaluable source of knowledge throughout the entire process of selling and buying our homes. She provided recommendations for carpet installation, handyman repairs, yard maintenance, and movers. She knew exactly how much we should invest in repairing our old home to obtain the maximum return. We received $31,000 over our asking price in a difficult market.

BEST͏ experience during difficult time
When my brother passed unexpectedly in March, I turned to Glenda for help with the fix up and sale of his condo. It was a much bigger process than expected and Glenda was so helpful and knowledgeable putting 110% into the process. She has a network of referrals for quick and economical fix-ups as his place required. I would definitely recommend Glenda for any real estate transaction - whether buying or selling. She is the best!

Wonderful! Glenda was amazing to work with. We had the challenge of selling my parents house while working full time. Glenda was a terrific resource and her experience helped us in so many ways.
