Graham Matthews is a licensed Broker / Associate with Burbank Hillside Realty in Burbank, California. He and his wife, Gina, have been providing real estate services to Seller’s, Buyer’s, Landlords and Tenants since 1986. When he entered the real estate business, he was probably one of the few Realtors that actually obtained his college degree in Real Estate / Finance. He received his BS from the University of Alabama in 1981 (in Tuscaloosa, Alabama). After graduating in May of 1981, he moved out to sunny California and settled in the Burbank / Glendale area. He met his wife, Gina, and they were married by July of 1982.
Prior to getting his real estate license, he spent almost 4 1/2 years in the Title Insurance business as a Title Rep. for both Gateway Title and First American Title. He got licensed in 1984 and made the move into real estate full time in June of 1986. After 33 years in the business, he finally decided to become a Broker in 2018. Since the beginning of his real estate careers, he has made many friends; helped many Sellers and Buyers in completing one of the largest transactions most of us will make; solved many problems and learned a great deal to help his next client. He truly appreciates the wonderful referrals he has received over the years. In about 2001, he began to help many of his friends and clients rent their properties. He handles all the marketing, promoting, showing, Tenant screening, lease document preparation, collection of move-in funds and handling the Tenant move-in inspection.
