Jay Roup

I've been happily serving clients with their Real Estate needs since May of 2018. In that time, I've been lucky to help with 153 transactions and have been recognized by Real Trends top 1.5% Realtors in 2021. Prior to real estate, I worked in the insurance industry for 10 years in various claims and leadership positions. In these roles, I built strong negotiation and problem solving skills while discovering a passion for customer service and servant leadership. That passion for serving my clients has led me to a career in real estate where my goal is simple: I will work relentlessly to meet your needs and help you achieve your real estate goals. That approach is one of high effort, but low pressure. I was born and raised in Greeley, graduating from Greeley West High School and the University of Northern Colorado. My wife and I have been nearly lifelong residents of the Northern Colorado area. We are blessed with three wonderful kids and enjoy spending time at all of their various sporting events. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching youth sports, spending time in the mountains, and golf.
