Jeff had no idea I was in the market for a home. Durning our friendship over the last year I was able to watch how he takes care of his customers. Wow! So impressed with Jeff’s care and concern in meeting his customers needs. He’s a great negotiator and helped to negotiate a price that I was not sure the sellers would accept. But they did and Jeff also got me money to help buy down the interest rate. Ask him about the 2-1 buy down. More importantly he genuinely cares for the people he works with. Before I moved in the house was cleaned and carpet cleaned as well. Call Jeff now if you are in the market for a new home!

This was my first time buying a house or any piece of real estate. I was going in with little to no knowledge of what I was doing or looking for in the process. Jeff helped lead me through the entire process and kept me informed and updated at every step. Any question I had was replied to quickly and always left me feeling like I had a good grasp of what was needed. He was incredibly accommodating and was a calming steady presence as I became a bundle of nerves towards the end of the process. I recommend him highly and will be recommending him to anyone entering into buying real estate.

Jeff sold our house in Loveland and we had the smoothest sale process of any house I've owned. Jeff is very responsive and took care of everything so we could focus on our inter-state move. He's a pro and I highly recommend him.

Jeff redefines what a full service realtor is and more. He is super knowledgeable, responsive, and he has a passion for helping his clients.

This was shown in the unbelievable above and beyond service he provides. I was out of town at various times and Jeff stepped in and went to my house and took care of things that needed to be done. From arranging cleaning, staging, even personally handling some minor maintenance/cleaning items and he even met with people who were buying furniture I was getting rid of when I couldn't bee put in time during his vacation as my house received an offer to make sure everything with getting it under contract went smoothly.

What the normal person would look at and consider above and beyond service, Jeff looks at as just normal service he provides. Simply amazing.

If you want someone who has your best interests in mind, will shoot you straight and be realistic, will work super hard for you and be there every step of the way, is super knowledgeable about real estate, including financing options, and has lots of resources and is just a fantastic human being, then Jeff is your realtor.

Jeff approached me and offered his relator services because he knew I was in the market for a new house. At the time I was working with another relator but wasn't having a lot of luck after already working with them for the 8 months prior. I told Jeff I would be open if he sent me options- which he promptly did the day after we spoke. He didn't just sign me up for automated emailed where I would get new listings, he would actually put lists together of homes he wanted me to see. I told him I needed someone proactive and that's exactly what he was.

We finally found a house (which btw he negotigated for $11,000 under the asking price) and went under contract but a week before closing, we had to back out of the contract, which gave us less than a week to find a house in my timeline. Jeff spent hours finding must see houses for me and we found another one in perfect timing (not after spending countless days together touring homes). He devoted so much time to helping me find the perfect home. Not to mention he helped me so much through the closing process, was there 24/7 to answer questions, thoroughly explained every contract, and was there with me through every step of the process (even in steps he didn't have to be in). I would and have reccomended to friends.

Jeff was fantastic from beginning to end. My wife and I had limited time in Colorado to search for a home. Jeff was amazingly agile with his time, going well above and beyond to make our search successful. He listened, did his research and sold us a home in 2 days! We closed on the home within the month...and found our dream home in the foothills of Loveland. I have purchased and sold several homes in the past....and this was, by far, my best experience with a realtor...even amidst these unprecedented COVID-19 times. Simply amazing customer service...I highly recommend Jeff if you wish to find your dream home painlessly and with amazingly friendly service!
