Along with 21 years of real estate experience in NWA, I bring a unique background that includes 10 years as an Active-Duty U.S. Army Infantry Officer and 10 years management roles at Walmart Stores Inc.

The overwhelming majority of my business—both buyers and sellers—comes from repeat clients, referrals, and agents in other markets who trust me with their relocating clients. Every client and transaction is different, and I take pride in delivering personal, hands-on service individually tailored to each situation.

I am a FULL-TIME, HANDS-ON, CLIENT-FOCUSED PROFESSIONAL who manages every aspect of your transaction from start to finish—showings, analysis, market research, negotiations, offer strategy, inspections, closing procedures, and support after the sale. My personal production year-over-year over the last eight years totals ~$120 million sales volume, averaging $14.8 million and 38 closed transactions annually. In 2025, my individual sales totaled $16m+ (17 seller-side & 13 buyer-side), with closed sales ranging from $320,000 to $1,050,000.
