Joanne DeLeon

This year will be Joanne’s 22nd year at The Group Real Estate. She was recognized as America’s Best Real Estate Professionals by Real Trends. It is an epic time to buy, sell or invest in Northern CO and she would love to help you! Whether this is your first purchase, you desire to find a lot and build a home, or you desire an investment home, Joanne is well versed in all.

She has lived in Ft. Collins for almost 42 years! She enjoys supporting many great causes in the area. She supports Realities for Children, she is a United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society Member, CSU Morgan Society Inductee, Athletes in Action CSU Division, CSU Ram 1870 Club, Respite Care, Home Again, Group Gives, Military on the Move and more! She is well versed in Military needs and is an Army Ranger Mom!

She has been married to her husband Tim for 36 years. Joanne has raised two sons, Justin, and Jon, here in Ft. Collins from kindergarten through CSU!

She has several hobbies including spending time in Rocky Mountain National Park. She is in love with CrossFit and even competed in the master’s Division of The Open!

Joanne has had the opportunity to publish a Real Estate minded book featured on Amazon. The book is: The Concierge Mindset with the Forward written by Larry Kendall, The Founder of The Group Real Estate.
