Jon is fantastic.
My wife and I moved to town after being hired to teach at the University of Buffalo, and Jon was highly recommended to us by a graduate school friend of mine. Jon worked with us for a full year, showing us at least 15 homes in person and consulting by text, email, and phone on many more within Buffalo and in Kenmore, Amherst, and Williamsville. Jon worked tirelessly and without pressure or annoyance at our pickiness and often our inability to commit to an offer. Jon, proved to be a very good, empathetic confidant; Thinking through our priorities with us and ultimately becoming an invaluable partner in our decision-making process. Furthermore, Jon is very well-connected with local home inspectors contractors and mortgage brokers. And these people with whom he put us in touch proved to be both capable and trustworthy.

As a first time home buyer, I didn’t have extensive knowledge on the home buying process when I began. Jon was the perfect person for the job. He not only identified homes within my budget, location, and style, he also gave me advice along the way. I always felt that I could be candid while touring homes and ask (many) questions. I first met Jon through Zillow at an initial home viewing. My fiancé and I were in the very early stages of home buying. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted as far as location and a single vs. double. Jon assured us that he was comfortable with and eager to help us explore different types of houses to identify what we truly wanted. Jon did just that. We saw approximately 30 houses with Jon. He was always responsive and ready to set viewings up as soon as possible. He was never pressuring and helped us learn more about the different styles of homes and the market. When we were ready to begin offers, Jon made the process as easy as possible and when we lost a few bids, he was eager to get back looking and help us find our perfect home. Jon was responsive to multiple texts, calls and emails regarding viewings or offers and was able to thoroughly explain a lot of this process to us, as we were unfamiliar. This market can be exhausting for first time home buyers and Jon made it as easy as possible for us until we found our perfect home. I highly recommend Jon as your next agent because he is eager, flexible and genuinely cares about his clients. Jon is very knowledgeable of the many neighborhoods in Buffalo and helps you identify exactly what you are looking for and how to develop a strong bid that will get you a home. We feel so fortunate that Zillow connected us with Jon. When we initially reached out he got right back to us and met us first thing the next morning to show us a house. By the end of that day he’d set up an MLS search for us. Two weeks later he found us the perfect home. Jon remained responsive throughout the process, answering our endless texts and emails almost immediately. He is really knowledgeable and quick to track down any answer he may not have. Jon guided us from offer to closing, kept the process on track, and was a pleasure to work with! We cannot recommend him highly enough!
