As a Denverite for over 30 years, Kelly has been here to see the city change and grow. Colorado was a quite different place when she arrived with a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Oregon in the early eighties. And, as she honed her marketing ability as a top producer at Xerox Corporation, her real passion became learning about the unique history and architecture that make the Mile High City such a desirable place to live today. Her desire to be involved in her new home state drove Kelly to become highly active in the Denver and greater Colorado community. While she became increasingly passionate about Denver’s parks and museums, also she did extensive independent research about her new city and state. This led to her purchase and remodel of an 1850’s horse property in southern Colorado and the complete renovation of a historic Washington Park home where she raised her two daughters and their chocolate lab, Layla. This same enthusiasm for Denver design ultimately drove Kelly to LIV Sotheby’s in 2009 so that she could share her love of her second hometown with others. Kelly’s daughters like to joke that her ability to talk to anyone about anything serves her well in this industry. But while Kelly’s business acumen and people skills are commendable, what makes her truly unique is her passion for the city that she calls home. Her incredible knowledge of central Denver neighborhoods, the history, and the contemporary happenings have proved invaluable to numerous clients and friends alike. From local restaurant recommendations to favorite handymen and painters for a remodel, Kelly always has a helpful suggestion so that she can be there for her clients every step of the way. Whether clients are looking to relocate to the Mile High City or find a new home in Denver proper, Kelly’s enthusiasm for the city and her clients can’t be matched.
