Kerron Stokes, also known as "K", is a proud Colorado native and prides himself on being an expert on all the special nuances that make the Denver Metro Area one of the most desirable and competitive markets in the nation. At 27, Kerron became the youngest and first African American officer in RE/MAX International corporate history. From there, he has gone on to build successful businesses as a Broker/ REALTOR, inspirational speaker, and industry expert. With over 16 years the Real Estate Industry, K. Stokes is a go to Real Estate expert and has been featured on the DIY Network show Raise the Roof, Fox, NBC, ABC, Denver Business Journal, 5280 and Forbes Magazine. With a voracious appetite for learning and creativity, clients have come to rely on K for market knowledge, trend spotting and straight forward, dependable guidance on real estate decisions. Married for almost 20 years to his college sweetheart Melissa, family is the greatest passion in Kerron's life. With three active and adventurous boys, every day is a reminder that a house can provide shelter, but the lives and stories inside the walls are the only thing that make the shelter a HOME. In 2009, Melissa and K founded The Big DREAM Project. TBDP has continued to open doors for community engagement, mentoring and empowering leaders to effectively provide solutions in their respective communities. As Co- Founder of the Resource Group, K is dedicated to developing the gifts of other incredible REALTORS by teaching them that the cornerstone to a fulfilling business is the genuine connection to your client’s goals and dreams!
