Kerry Litchy absolutely loves what she does, and she loves being at eXp Realty! She is blessed to say she has received the ICON agent award twice since she joined here. She has been a realtor for twenty-one years serving the Denver Metro area. She has two kids, two grandkids, she has been married thirty-three years and her family is everything. she loves Colorado and she love the outdoors. Kerry loves helping people achieve their real estate goals and dreams! She grew up on a farm in Nebraska and she believes that gave her the hard-working ethic she prides herself on today. When she is not selling real estate she loves spending time with family, going on beach vacations, hiking in Colorado, walking, running and just enjoying being outside!
