About Laura

Laura's passion for real estate began in the mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado, where she assisted the top-performing brokerage Breckenridge Associates with all of their client, marketing and transaction needs. This in-depth and hands-on experience inspired her to become a licensed agent. Since 2012, she has worked in a variety of real estate roles, including at one of the country's largest REITs, a commercial brokerage firm, and for brokerages in both Arizona and Colorado.

In 2021, she managed the entire sales process of Zillow-owned homes at high volumes, with a sales volume of $60 million and 250 transactions in one year. Most recently, she continued working a high volume of deals at real estate start-up Orchard, where in 2023, she helped 109 homeowners sell their properties for a total sales volume of $57 million. Her exposure to more than 500+ transactions allows her to ensure clients feel informed, knowledgeable and comfortable with the entire selling process. The expertise she provides comes from years of experience and a focus on educating herself and clients on the current market trends.
