About Maureen Ann

I am a seasoned, experienced, and full-time realtor with an extensive background in business. My skills acquired during my studies at Columbia University and my years at M&T Bank are put to use every time I negotiate on behalf of my clients. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, as well as master’s coursework in adult and higher education and development.

I came to the Western New York area when I was asked to assist M&T Bank with a project. That’s when I met my husband, Mark. We decided to stay here because it’s such a wonderful place to raise a family. Soon after, our triplets were born, Matthew, Jenna and Alison, who are all teenagers now. My husband and I raised them in the wonderful East Amherst area, where they enjoyed an incredible school system along with the many social activities in this area.

I was able to combine my love for education, helping people, and the Western New York area that I call home by choosing a career in real estate. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction when I am able to help families achieve their dream of home ownership. I also enjoy teaching other agents how to be knowledgeable and professional. I know that my job is a privilege so I treat all of my clients with great respect.
