Trish Powers-Scott is the Owner and President of PowerHouse Real Estate, a thriving brokerage she established in February 2018. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Trish has built a reputation for providing comprehensive real estate services with the highest of integrity. The name "PowerHouse" draws inspiration from her maiden name, “Powers,” a fitting reflection of her strong and determined approach to business. Her deep commitment to helping clients navigate every step of the real estate process is enhanced by her background in finance, ensuring a seamless experience from finding the perfect home to securing ideal financing options.
A Buffalo native, Trish graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Before entering real estate, she gained extensive experience in the financial sector. She worked in various roles, including Branch Manager and Business Specialist at HSBC, where she learned to operate within 86 countries. Later, as a Financial Advisor for MassMutual, she honed her expertise in financial planning, which she now integrates into her real estate practice. Trish’s clients benefit from her ability to offer a holistic approach to home buying and selling, providing insight into both property and financial opportunities.
In addition to her real estate career, Trish is passionate about fitness and health. She founded "PowerHouse Beatbox," a certified AFAA/NASM boxing program, where she trains clients in a group fitness setting. Her program has grown to include 13 certified trainers, with plans for further expansion. This venture reflects her lifelong goal of helping others achieve their personal best, both in physical fitness and in life.
Despite her professional success, Trish’s proudest roles are as a wife to her husband Donovan and a mother to their three boys, Deacon, Jackson, and Lincoln. Her family and deep roots in Buffalo have given her unparalleled knowledge of the local real estate market, making her a trusted expert in the region.
