Paula is outstanding. Our entire family has bought and sold homes with her for over 15 years. She is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgable. Paula sold our house in less than 3 days on the market and we were able to get more than our asking price. She also helped us find a new home in less than 4 days since we had an aggressive close schedule. During the entire process Paula was very helpful with questions and was always on top of next steps. We had three realtors come and present their marketing plan. Paula had actually gone in 5 or so homes that she felt were comparable to ours in order to find a marketing price. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paula Harder as our Realtor. In 2012 our family listed our home in Colorado with Paula. Paula was extremely knowledgeable about our local real estate market doing a lot of research and providing us with many comps before meeting with us to determine our listing price. Paula helped me to stage my home before putting it on the market so that it would show more successfully. She held open houses and marketed my home extremely effectively. Paula has a work ethic that is hard to find nowadays. She sold our home in just over a month.
