Victoria is an absolute blessing. We worked with her and J. P. Realtors to buy our first home and she made the process smooth and seamless. Everything was made easy to understand and for someone inexperienced with the world of home buying she did not hesitate to explain every process and facet of this journey (even when we asked the same questions a dozen or more times). I can’t say enough good things about Pete and his team. Whether you are buying, selling or both, you’ll get great honest service and knowledge with Pete. He has sold two of my homes which both received multiple offers and sold over ask. Our purchase also went very smoothly. We recently moved out of state and Pete took the time to research and find us an agent to assist in another purchase. He connected us with a wonderful agent that we remain in contact with as friends. Thank you Pete! I’m not one to leave great reviews unless I’m truly impressed and Pete’s work ethic and energy is impressive! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

The team at J. Peter's Reality does an exceptional job in every area. My family has hired this team twice now and both times have had an amazing experience. I have dealt with J.Peter Realtors numerous times (3 years) and Adriana is one of the best and the most professional property managers I have dealt with.

They are responsive, helpful, available, knowledgeable and are what every property management company should strive to be, customer (whether renter or owner). Adriana and her team were very helpful and put up with a lot of questions.

Working with Adriana has been a wonderful experience. She is always professional and timely. I would recommend working with J.Peter Realtor for anyone that is looking to rent.

You couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!!! We had a few issues financially when we first started out over a year ago, Ken stuck with us the entire time!! Got us in touch with the right people and finally we were able to buy our first house!! He’s a fun loving guy and has a great sense of humor but also very professional!! Never seemed to be bothered with us (we asked a lot of questions lol) kept us up to date with every detail and definitely cared about our well being! He pointed out major/small issues w some houses and told us great things about others!! He’s amazing and very trust worthy!! He makes house buying so easy and fun! Thank you so much Ken!! You’re amazing! If we ever decide to by again you’ll be our first call!!
