I am writing to recommend RealPro Real Estate Professionals (Brenda and Patrick Flick) as the most effective, professional and honest real estate agency I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. RealPro sold my third home for me in Evergreen, Colorado in 2004, saving me approximately $10,000 dollars in commissions after having it listed with another agent unsuccessfully for 6 months (and we all know how unpleasant all those showings can be). Through RealPro's aggressive marketing initiatives, RealPro was able to bring the buyer for my home in less than 90 days. As part of this transaction, RealPro also assisted me in finding a very nice replacement home in the Conifer area. Due some unforeseen personal circumstances, I needed to sell this home in 2006 and RealPro again found a buyer for my home in less than 90 days again saving me a substantial amount of money in commissions. I am currently looking for another replacement home and would not consider doing business with any other agency. Check out the RealPro web site and their home search program, I found it to be a very useful tool in my search for my next home.
