Before transitioning into real estate, Steven spent more than 15 years as a corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney at Sheppard Mullin and later served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at DIRECTV. His legal background gives clients a distinct advantage in negotiations, contract strategy, and navigating complex transactions — particularly in competitive coastal markets.

A Hermosa Beach resident for over 20 years, Steven is deeply rooted in the community he serves.
