Todd is THE realtor who will go above and beyond to find you your perfect home. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and actually cares about his clients and their needs, and doesn’t want to just throw you in the first home you see. Always responds back to you in a reasonable amount of time and can answer any question you throw at him. If I buy another home I will be using Todd again!

Todd was a HUGE help while my fiancé and I were trying to find our perfect first home! We were extremely picky but he made sure we didn’t settle. He was always on top of everything and that’s honestly how we were able to get our home. If he wasn’t on top of it we probably wouldn’t have gotten it. I will never forget his phone call at 10pm telling us that our offer was accept, it was a surreal feeling and the most exciting one also! Our home had a very unique configuration along with certain amenities that would be most utilized by a select few. Todd recognized this and was able to market the sale of our house to the most appropriate individuals. Without his expertise, we would likely have still been on the market. Todd was our real estate agent through a nightmare estate sale in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Throughout the entire process, Todd always kept us apprised of anything we needed to do in order to keep the process moving and routinely took it upon himself to track down answers to unique situations we encountered. Anything we needed, Todd was all over it. In the end, we sold the property within 3 days of listing for $35K over asking. Oh, did I mention all of this was done via phone calls from TX to NY?
