Will Passavia comes from a family of hard-driving New York real estate developers. He spent 10 years developing and building residential real estate in Los Angeles, Colorado, and the Hamptons before finding his real passion of connecting people with the homes they love. With over a $100 Million in sales he is truly grateful to help clients buy and sell real estate in Los Angeles.

Will is a California guy at heart with a sincere love for everything the golden state has to offer, particularly the living and investment opportunities in Los Angeles real estate. Will’s positive attitude and work ethic, knowledge in each aspect of the development process, and commitment to achieving your goals translates into an agent with a unique perspective. His experience makes him comfortable and effective representing all clients ranging from a first time home buyer to a seasoned developer.

Will has a communications degree from the University of Maryland where he helped lead the Division I NCAA Lacrosse program to the Final Four in his senior year. Will has been involved in the spread of youth lacrosse in Southern California since 2002 and truly finds joy in working with kids and being a part of the community.
