Bartlett High School is a public school in Bartlett, Tennessee, a suburb northeast of Memphis. The school has existed at its current location since 1917, but previously under the name Nicholas Blackwell High School. Six decades later, the facility that sits on this 21-acre site was torn down and rebuilt in 1977. Since then, it has undergone a series of renovations up until 2002, and in 2018, a $60 million-dollar major renovation project. This new facility includes redesigned indoor and outdoor spaces, including courtyards and outdoor lunch areas. Bartlett High School is part of the Bartlett City Schools system and is the home of the Panthers. Approximately 3,000 students in Grades 9 through 12 are enrolled. Bartlett High is “dedicated to the highest level of teaching and learning where students develop and achieve success in being college and career ready as they actively engage in real life scenarios and opportunities for secondary and post-secondary pursuits.” Bartlett High offers honors classes, advanced placement and technical courses. Select students can take part in dual enrollment in partnership with the University of Memphis. In addition to receiving a quality academic education, students are offered several extracurricular activities.

I love the overall experience at Bartlett because it seems as though there is always a special place for every person. Someone is always going to have at least one friend, peer, teacher or faculty member that looks out for them. Every person has a place in Bartlett and it's community which is what I really love. I've always felt like I've belonged.

Bartlett HS is a GREAT school!!! The administration and Counselors are very helpful and resolve issues within a timely manner. I also love how they keep the parents informed throughout the school year with their blackboard posts, rapid notice texts, emails, and phone calls.
