Teachers and staff are extremely disorganized. If you call the school to notify them of an absence, you will still get calls later in the day asking you to call the school to notify them of the student's absence. While I feel like the principal has good intentions with the school and stays involved with the students, I feel there is a major disconnect in how he hires and manages his team of teachers.
