Amazing school for children who need more personalized help. Attending DSIS will prepare you better for college giving you work one week at a time. More similar to a college than an average day of high school.

DSIS provides a welcoming learning environment that meets students where they are. The flexibility it provides allows families to pursue inquiry based learning while the community of home school families readily shares their experience and knowledge adding to the supportive environment.

DSIS is a hidden gem in the Davis Unified School District. Our son who has been diagnosed with ADHD, slow processing speed, and dyslexia but has a high intellectual ability went there from 7th grade, when we moved to town, until graduation. He was comfortable there and never felt bullied by anyone....
