Overall Animas High School is an amazing place with the best staff and great opportunities. AHS uses a project based learning curriculum that works well and helps me retain information. However the school lacks much in the way of computer science. Plenty of art and math classes for me along with a lot of good history or language arts classes. As for clubs it felt like there wasn't much but now that is changing and unfortunately sports must be done through another local high school. But like I said overall an amazing school.

Animas has a great project learning system that differs from a standard curriculum. You also get to build great relationships with your teachers. The food is catered from local restaurants and a different restaurant serves each day.

Our son excelled at AHS with the help of amazing teachers and staff. Everyone at AHS wants the students to become amazing human beings. Celebrating 10 years of excellence. 100% college acceptance every year.

Animas High School is an amazing educational experience. A Charter school starting it's 5th year. 100% college acceptance for the first graduating class 2012. Truly an experience.
