Many of the children attending this school live in rural areas and have been denied school bus service despite their attendance contributing to Durango, District 9R funding… This is a huge disgrace to the community at large!!

I love Animas Valley Elementary! The teachers and staff are wonderful, and they really care about the students. It is in a great area of Durango and could not be more perfect. I wish my son could go there every year.
