I went to this school for 7 years and it was honestly the worst 7 years of my life. looking back, i think when i was younger i didn't realize how terrible the the community was and i now feel bad for younger me. ALL of the kids are brats. i used to feel so bad about myself as i wasn't very rich. most of the teachers are good but they just end up leaving 2 years later. the parents can't act like adults. people will say "oh well at least it's safe" yeah, but mentally it isn't. the amount of drama and toxicity of my peers was disgusting and because i went there since i was 5 i was like, "oh this must just be how people act" i started getting absolute terrible social anxiety and the staff wasn't helping me at all. also, the exclusion in the middle school is bad. they also claim that you don't have to be catholic to go, but you are forced to perform catholic rituals. i don't get the tools i need as i am disabled. DO. NOT. SEND. YOUR. KIDS HERE. ITS TRAUMATIC. ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE LGBT+!!

St Perpetua is a hidden gem in Lafayette. Families come from not just lumber in there but all over the area too. Great family community. The older grades truly help boost up the younger ones.
