Home of the Wizards, Willard Elementary School dedicates its time to providing students with programs such as Dual Immersion, Excel and Reading Recovery. Located in Eastside Long Beach Willard Elementary teaches grades K-5 and serves a diverse community of over 650 students. Willard also provides the community with transitional kindergarten. Apart from the core curricula, there are plenty of activities for students to participate in at Willard Elementary such as music classes, student council, literacy class, boy scouts and more. The school also works closely with parents to provide Parent Workshops, Parent Teacher Organizations and opportunities to volunteer. Students can earn awards throughout the year for perfect attendance and be recognized as a citizen of the month.
