I enjoy being I'm a smaller school where the teachers really get to know you. The uniforms help the look of the school. The school is very limited on sports. I would like to see more art and music here.

I've attended Vanguard since middle school and it's been good. I do have a problem with the graduation requirements as it's somewhat overwhelming. It's require to take college class and we need to pass an exhibition.

Sadly Vanguard is not very college readiness. Sure, teachers are great and all, but the resources and standards aren't there. I felt I was really unprepared for college, coming from a "College prep" school, it was quite a disappointment. Sports are lacking, which is fine if the academic side was great, but all around the school is lacking in many aspects. Although there is a motto, "College for Certain" I don't feel that I'm prepared for college because throughout our high school experience, classes were made easier for the students, and I thought that we were hand-held throughout.
