This school is so odd and has its own way of doing things. I would say they pick on children of color and have lack or ability to teach and care for kids of color. What type of school is this ? My son attends Roosevelt. This is his second year and we are mid 3rd quarter. He tells me often how Roosevelt has been the best two years of his life. The kids here are great - every school has bad apples, but if your kid steers clear there’s not really an issue. He’s made a ton of friends. There ar...

Absolutely horrible administration, nothing but issues from start to middle of school. The theft and fighting that occurs daily at this school is horrendous. Not only do they not care about the safety of the children they offer no solution to any issues. We are now looking to charter/private schools...

I'm not sure that those in administration care about the individual students and are quick to assume the worst in some students. Boys are treated differently than girls.
